Summary
First of all, let’s address this question:
Do we ever get discouraged?
The answer is yes. It’s easy to look at other people and assume they never face discouragement, but everyone faces it, so the question is what do we do when we get discouraged?
In this episode, Jonathan and Christa share several habits they work to cultivate when they face discouraging times. They also share some blessings they’ve experienced in the middle of—and even because of—discouragement. Listen for encouragement and practical habits to incorporate in your discouraging seasons.

This is my favorite episode yet 🥰 Love how you pointed out that discouragement is something that is going to come around frequently and we need to have a plan for dealing with it. And I’m with Christa on journaling mostly when I’m discouraged 😝 Been trying to do a quick little journal entry even on good days so my children don’t think I was too Jonny Raincloud when they read thru it someday! Ha! Thanks again for putting these truths out there!
“Jonny Raincloud” ha! 😀 Love your thoughts here. We’re so glad it was a helpful episode! I’m sure the nicer background and lighting didn’t hurt either…much easier on the eyes than our stark basement lighting! 😉
